  • Keep an eye on your water!


     A cold winter causes the ground to freeze deeper than normal. This increases the risk that water pipes become chilled and, in the worst case, freeze. You may notice this if the water runs slowly, the pressure decreases, or the water stops completely.If you have municipal water and notice lower pressure or that the water stops, you should report an issue. Quick reporting allows us to investigate and fix the problem sooner.

  • Military transports and exercises affecting Boden


     For some time, military units have been transported through northern Sweden. Starting the weekend of 7–8 March and continuing throughout week 11, the number of military vehicles on the roads in Norrbotten will increase. The movements mainly involve Swedish units travelling from Boden eastward into Finland to participate in Exercise Cold Response.The transports will affect traffic flow, particularly on roads in southeastern Norrbotten. Members of the public are advised to plan for longer travel times and possible delays. Read more >
