2. What data do we collect via boden.se?
On boden.se we only collect personal data in specific forms, you will be informed by the form. The data may include:

- The website runs on SiteVision. Necessary cookies (e.g., JSESSIONID, SITEVISIONLTM and sv‑cookie‑consent) are required for the site to function.
- We use Matomo for web analytics with IP anonymisation and cookieless tracking. This means we do not set persistent analytics cookies and we do not track users across websites.
- We do not use advertising tracking pixels.
- Our cookie banner blocks YouTube videos until you give consent, but other iframes are not blocked.
6. Sharing and recipients
We do not share data for marketing. Data may be shared within the municipality or with service providers (e.g., hosting/operations) under data processing agreements and with appropriate safeguards.
7. Storage and retention
Data from forms is not stored longer than necessary. The municipality follows archival legislation and information management plans. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or disposed of in accordance with applicable rules.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access (information about what data is processed),
- request rectification of inaccurate data,
- request erasure of data that is no longer needed (to the extent compatible with law and archival requirements),
- object to or request restriction of processing.

9. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
As a rule, personal data is processed within the EU/EEA. If a transfer is necessary, approved safeguards under the GDPR are used.
