Application and login

Welcome with your application in our system Speedadmin! Here you will also find information about our rules and what to do if you want to change or end your course.

Already admitted students can log in to view their schedule and other information.

Options

You can choose in the following ways:

Individual subject:

• Instrument/singing, dance or drama.

Two subjects:

• Instrument/song + dance
• Instrument/vocal + drama

OBS! 

• You cannot choose to play two instruments
• When you choose courses, it is indicated from which year it may be possible to get a place.
• For courses that have indicated the possibility of starting from grade 4, you can submit your application, at the earliest, from when you enter grade 3.
• For courses that have indicated the possibility of starting from grade 2, you can submit your application, at the earliest, from when you enter grade 1.
• For the singing course that has indicated the possibility of starting from grade 6, you can submit your application, at the earliest, from when you are in grade 5.

When the application is submitted.

The majority of the cultural school's admissions take place at the start of the semester and apply to students from grade 4-9.

(Subject to space, we have the option of making an age-appropriate intake already from grade 2. Applies to these instruments: violin, cello,  flute, recorder, clarinet, trumpet, trombone and French horn.)

The date your application is made will be your queue date.

When a student is accepted, you will be contacted by a teacher and offered a time and place for teaching.

Absence

If the student becomes ill or needs to be absent for other reasons, it is important that you contact the teacher.

Costs

All our teaching is free of charge.

Subject to availability, it is possible to rent certain instruments from us at a cost of SEK 203 per semester, see more info at Rental instruments.

Change of course

Change of course takes place through a conversation with your teacher.

The possibility of switching is governed by the availability of places for each course.

Termination

Your place at Kulturskolan is valid until further notice and must be canceled by the guardian contacting the responsible teacher.

(If termination applies to a student with an instrument loan, the instrument must be immediately returned to the School of Culture. Debiting will take place if the student has had at least three lessons.)
